COVID UPDATE 3-1-2022

As a commitment to the safety of our members and employees, we continue to follow state and local COVID-19 guidelines.

Per the California Department of Public Health, effective March 1, 2022, the requirement that unvaccinated individuals mask in indoor public settings will move to a strong recommendation that all persons, regardless of vaccine status, continue indoor masking.

  • We will continue to practice social distancing in our facilities
  • Plexiglass shields will remain at each Member Service station and desk.
  • Masking for employees is voluntary unless social distancing is not feasible
  • We will remain diligent in keeping co-workers and members safe and healthy

  • We remain open for business – our hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • For loan inquiries and other potentially lengthy transactions, please call us at 707.443.8662 to make an appointment.
  • As always, the ATMs at Arcata and Henderson Center remain available to access your accounts 24/7.

Remote Capabilities

  • Online and mobile banking, as always, are available 24/7.  Download the Compass app for free.
  • We’ve temporarily increased mobile deposit limits on mobile banking.
  • Open accounts with our quick and easy online account opening system.
  • Apply for a consumer loan with our quick and easy online application.

Financial Assistance

If you are directly affected by COVID-19 and are experiencing hardship, please know that we are here for you and stand ready to assist you with financial obligation relief and assistance plans should they become necessary.  We recognize the challenges this public health concern has created and we remain fully committed to helping those we serve during this time of need. Your relationship, as always, remains our top priority and we are here to provide relief from unexpected hardships as a result of COVID-19. This includes members having difficulties with loan payments and those needing to make early CD withdrawals. Beware of Scams

Unfortunately, during this difficult period, fraudsters are out there with a variety of scams from internet schemes, phishing emails or Coronavirus-related malware designed to infect your computers or steal personal data.  Be especially mindful if you have elderly parents or grandparents who are targeted by these scams.
