Member Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time Member Service Representative to assist with member transactions. Responsibilities include reviewing and posting deposits, withdrawals, payments, opening new accounts and other member requests. Must be comfortable cross-selling credit union products and services to meet the needs of the member and build relationships.

Experience in credit union/banking is preferred. Must show a willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude to go above and beyond to assist members. We are also seeking a true team player with a can-do attitude.
