EzCard (VISA CREDIT CARD) online enhancements effective 2/24/2026, 3am PST. To help ensure one-time passcodes (OTPs) are delivered accurately, we have added a new Country Code selection during login. Cardholders can now choose their country code from a dropdown before entering their phone number, improving the reliability of OTP delivery. Viewing Statement images - We have improved how PDF statements are displayed. When you hover over the statement header then click on view statements, a View Statement option will appear at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can select the year and month of the statement you want to view.
Android App: We are aware of multiple reports of differences in the Android app following our most recent release, version 3.31.0. Our vendor is actively working on a hotfix to restore the “Sign Out” button within the mobile app. The in‑app PIN screen has been removed in favor of using the built‑in device passcode and biometric features. Moving forward, authentication will rely on your device’s security settings. If you prefer not to use device‑level authentication, you will be prompted to enter your username and password each time you sign in. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve your experience.
