Home Equity Loans

Home equity loans and lines of credit are great ways to use the equity you have in your home for larger purchases and expenses like home improvements. It can be a smart way to borrow at a low rate, and offers potential tax savings.*

Even though this type of equity loan or line of credit is secured by your home, that doesn’t mean you can only use it on your home. Since your home equity loan offers such a great rate, there are lots of other things you can use it for:

  • Debt consolidation
  • A family wedding
  • College tuition and expenses
  • Any major purchase for which you’d enjoy having a great rate and possible tax deductibility*

Closing costs? Zero. Uses? Unlimited. For a limited time, we are covering the appraisal fee and closing costs when you open a home equity loan with us.^

^ Appraisal fee and closing costs are waived with a minimum draw amount of $20,000. Loan or credit line must be open for a minimum of three years. Any loan or credit line closed prior to three years of the open date is subject to reimbursement of all original waived fees, which will be added to the payoff balance.
