Participants must be new and not current followers of the Compass Community Credit Union Facebook page. Participants may enter manually by submitting a handwritten 3 1/2″ x 5″ card with your name, address, and phone number to: “Compass Community Credit Union Sweepstakes”, Attention: Marketing, P.O. Box 1268, Eureka, CA 95502. Limit one entry per person by the manual entry method. Limit one manual entry per 3 1/2” x 5” card, and one manual entry per envelope. All entries must be received by the close of business on February 25, 2926. The credit union will not be required to acknowledge entries that are undelivered, late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, returned to sender or misdirected, and will not be responsible for any condition caused by events beyond the control of the credit union that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
All decisions by the credit union will be final and binding. Winner must be in good standing with the credit union to receive prize. The credit union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with the entry process or the prize drawing, or who is otherwise in violation of these rules. The credit union further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned and to select winners from the remaining eligible entries received prior to cancellation, termination or modification or promotion. The prize will be awarded based on all eligible entries received throughout promotion period.
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any violation or non-compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules will result in disqualification. The credit union reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes. Winners may be required to execute a publicity release.
