IT Support Coordinator

 The IT Support Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all technological support needs within the organization and will serve as the primary liaison with the Credit Union’s core software provider. This role is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing help desk requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of hardware, software and network issues, escalating complex problems appropriately and coordinating external resources such as third-party programmers and IT support vendors. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure minimal disruption to business operations and high level of user satisfaction.

Director- Information Security

The role of the Director- Information Security is to ensure the streamlined operation of the Information Systems functions in alignment with the Credit Union’s objectives and strategic plan. The Director-Information Security will plan, coordinate, direct and design IT-related activities of the Credit Union as well as provide administrative direction and support for relevant daily operational activities. The Director-Information Systems will collaborate closely with Sr. Management to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective and innovative solutions for all aspects of the company. This position will also define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.
